Melaka Street @ SS2

Last Wednesday, we went to SS2 to have dinner. As many would know, there are a variety of choices of food in such a hectic area, especially during working and rush hours. Anyway, we sort of decided to have dinner at Melaka Street. I believe it should the same as the one in 1U.



In Melaka Street restaurant, there are some traditional Malaccan food and a mixture of other Malaysian food. We ordered the fish fillet on assam, which can be done on an entire fish (charges will be separately as the entire fish is weight to determine the price).



We also ordered its 'Jiu Pai Taufu' (in-house made taufu) and its vegetable. The special thing about the in-house made taufu is that it was cooked on a boiling egg on the bottom of the hot pan. When the waiter brought the dish to the table, the egg was still boiling.





We had a fulfilling dinner and went for a walk, even though it was drizzling. Anyhow, SS2 is still a place for us and many to explore, especially those who don't really go there for dinner due to many different reasons.
